EVENT & RED-CARPET STYLING

 

Per Look – Event-Based Model

For premieres, festivals, award shows, galas & press appearances.

 

STYLING LOOK

€650 – €1.200 per look — excl. all external costs

(final rate depends on complexity, visibility, and timeline)

 

Includes:

✓ Look direction, sourcing & designer requests

✓ Up to 1 fitting

✓ Tailoring coordination (tailor fees billed separately)

✓ Accessories, shoes & beauty direction

✓ On-site dressing when required

✓ Returns & logistics coordination (couriers billed separately)

 

This service is charged per look, regardless of time spent.

ADDITIONAL PREPARATION (WHEN REQUIRED)

€650 per prep day — excl. expenses

 

Charged when:

 

• sourcing exceeds basic coordination

• PR showroom pulls, brand requests, shipping or complex logistics are required

• multiple options per look are requested

Note:

Garment loans are preferred. Purchases are possible; all garment costs are invoiced to the client.

If an item purchased with return intent is refused by the retailer or brand, the client is liable for the full item value.

All partnerships are confirmed per month and may be upgraded for a single month when schedules intensify.

Client responsibility:

Usage, buyouts, extended territories, or paid media are not included and may incur additional fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

 

All rates listed are exclusive of VAT, travel, shipping, tailoring, garment rental fees, purchase costs, couriers, and return fees.

 

Garments may be sourced via PR showrooms (loan model) when available; loans are not guaranteed.

 

If pieces are purchased with the intention to return, the client is responsible for:

 

• ensuring garments remain return-eligible (unused, unworn, intact)

• paying the full item value if a return is refused, late, or damaged

 

 

All tailor, courier, material & external vendor invoices are passed directly to the client.

 

 

 

 

Editorial & Magazine Shoots

 

 

Editorial and magazine shoots are contracted and billed directly to the publication.

These services are not included in monthly partnerships and cannot be deducted from partnership fees.

 

FLEXIBILITY & SCOPE — IMPORTANT TERMS

 

 

Monthly styling partnerships are designed to balance workload over time, not to measure services rigidly per day or per look.

This allows for natural fluctuations between quieter and busier months.

 

 

How Monthly Balancing Works

 

 

• Some months may involve fewer appearances or shoots

• Other months may be busier, with additional content or visibility

• As long as workload remains reasonable and balanced over time, no adjustment is required

 

 

This flexibility is a core benefit of a monthly partnership.

 

 

 

 

Practical Examples

 

 

Example 1 — Quiet month, then busier month

If one month includes no public appearances but one or two content shoots, and a following month includes more activity, this is considered balanced within the partnership.

 

Example 2 — Paid during downtime

If a client has a very quiet month but continues the partnership fee, a slightly busier month afterwards may be absorbed without adjustment.

 

Example 3 — Month overlap

If activity shifts across calendar months (e.g. minimal work in December, increased activity in January), this is treated as a natural overlap and does not automatically require an upgrade.

 

 

 

 

When an Adjustment Applies

 

 

An upgrade or additional fees may apply when:

 

• Increased workload becomes consistent across multiple months

• The number of shoots, appearances, or prep exceeds the agreed partnership scope on a regular basis

• The partnership no longer includes quieter months that balance busier ones

 

 

In these cases, the appropriate partnership tier will be discussed in advance, not retroactively.

 

 

 

 

Monthly Upgrades

 

 

• Partnerships may be upgraded for a single month when schedules intensify

• Clients may return to their original tier the following month

• All upgrades are confirmed in writing before work begins

 

 

 

 

 

Editorial & Magazine Shoots

 

 

Editorial and magazine shoots are contracted and paid directly by the publication.

These services:

 

• Are not included in monthly partnerships

• Cannot be deducted or offset against partnership fees
